The literature-based, multicultural productions of Roberts Marionettes feature a unique art form that
encourages self-expression,
captures the imagination,
and teaches timeless lessons
.

Audiences delight in an unparalleled
theater experience they will cherish for a lifetime.

During the performance the solo artist operates all the marionettes and creates unique voices for the entire cast of characters, achieving a compelling vitality that is possible only in live theater. The lifelike marionettes are hand-carved from wood to 1/4, 1/3 and nearly 1/2 human scale.

A maximum audience of 250 is ideal for this forty-minute presentation, which includes the play as well as a demonstration of the marionettes, their stringing and their voices, and a stimulating and informative question-and-answer session.

A Study Guide ensures that the experience will be
meaningful for your students.

An informative Companion Workshop revealing the "secrets" of the production process is also available for intermediate students to help you meet the state-mandated Literature and Fine Arts standards.
